Victim’s family struggles to bring body home

Kapil, born on May 22, 2000, hailed from a farming family in Jind, Punjab. His family is now facing difficulties in arranging the repatriation of his body to India, highlighting the struggles faced by many families of illegal migrants abroad.

The incident has once again raised concerns about the risks faced by Indians who migrate through irregular routes in search of a better life.
